For some, anticipation is better than realisation, and the pleasure is in the hunt, rather than in the acquisition. We are here to help genuine enquirers. Let us know what you are hoping to find. We may have it tucked away in our very considerable stock of instruments either unrestored, partly restored or ready to go. If partly restored, it is probably in bits and you will need to wait for us to complete the work. Unrestored, we can either do it for you or you may like to take over and restore it yourself, either completely, or after we have done the piano side, which is very difficult for an amateur to achieve satisfactorily.

If your interest is in an instrument that we have either not yet begun to restore, or we have not yet completed the restoration, then we can give the work priority by bringing it into the category of customers' work. On acceptance of our quotation we ask for a payment of 50 per cent with phased payments to follow and the balance on completion. We must have a commitment before arranging to give priority to the work.

For the transport of instruments we have our own specialist tail lift vehicle, and we are experienced in handling the heaviest and most difficult upright and grand pianos. We can deliver to the Continent of Europe and can arrange packing and airfreight deliveries further afield.
